Please note for first time players from outside Queensland.
Players affiliated with a club from outside Queensland will need to complete the Out Of State Players Registration Form and submit it to Croquet Queensland. This will allow a login to be created enabling access to the Revolutionise Sport system..

CAQ Code of Conduct
- The CAQ Code of Conduct applies to players, referees, managers and spectators at all CAQ Events.
An account of a breach of the CAQ Code of Conduct may be submitted in writing to mpio@croquetqld.org on a Breach of Code of Conduct Form www.croquetqld.org/allforms/forms/
The submission will be investigated confidentially by CAQ MPIO i.e., the CAQ Member Protection and Information Officer.
Breaches substantiated subsequent to investigation will be reported to the CAQ Selection Committee Chair and relevant Code Coordinator in the case of breaches by players, and to the CAQ Management Committee in the case of breaches by Tournament Officials or spectators.
The event will be run under the Croquet Queensland events guidelines
