A small but enthusiastic field lined up on Sunday to compete in our annual Golden Mallet Doubles competition.

For the third year, we have made this an Advantage handicap Golf competition only for Div2 and Div3 players. Unfortunately, the weather was not friendly as the 1st 2 games were played under fairly atrocious conditions but it did improve somewhat as the day went on.

Congratulations to Brad and Jenny from the Windsor Club who went through undefeated and to our own Gwenda and Peter who finished second.

A big thankyou to all our members who helped out catering, refereeing, scoring etc. We certainly earned and enjoyed those social drinks at the end.
